BurnGauge rewards consistency and progress with streaks and achievements.
Streaks
Your training streak tracks consecutive periods you've trained. The dashboard shows your current streak and whether it's safe (you're on pace) or about to lapse. Streak reminders can nudge you before it breaks — enable them in Notifications & reminders.
Achievements
The Achievements screen collects milestones you've unlocked — PRs, volume landmarks, bodyweight‑relative lifts (e.g. a 1× bodyweight bench), and consistency badges. New milestones also pop up as dashboard alerts when you hit them.
Wins
Your dashboard's § 02 Wins strip highlights recent achievements on a rolling 7‑day window — latest PR, best lift, and streak status — so the good stuff stays visible without digging.
