The daily check‑in captures the subjective signals a device can't measure, and complements the objective data from a connected wearable.
What the check‑in asks
- Sleep (hours)
- Energy
- Mood
- Bodyweight (optional)
- Stress
That's it — short by design. On mobile, if you've connected a wearable, your sleep hours are auto‑filled from last night's data; you can override the value and your edit wins.
Muscle soreness isn't on the daily check‑in — you rate that per exercise during a session, where it's more precise.
Recovery readiness
Recovery is wearable‑driven. When a wearable is connected, your Readiness is computed from objective signals — sleep, heart‑rate variability (HRV), and resting heart rate — measured against your own rolling baseline. No wearable connected means no recovery number (rather than a misleading estimate).
