AI Coach gives you plain‑language analysis of your own training data — grounded in your logged workouts, not generic advice.

How it works

AI Coach is preset‑topic, not a free‑text chatbot. You pick a topic and BurnGauge assembles the relevant data, then returns a focused read‑out. Topics include:

  • Analyze my week — what you trained, volume, standout sessions
  • Weekly report — a structured summary
  • Am I progressing? — lift trends and where you're stalling
  • Muscle balance — over/under‑trained areas
  • Deload check — whether your recovery and load suggest backing off

What it sees (and doesn't)

The Coach reads structured signals — your sets, volume, e1RM, muscle balance, check‑in metrics, and (if connected) wearable recovery/activity. It is built to give advisory, non‑prescriptive guidance.

Your private free‑text notes are never sent to the AI — that's a hard privacy rule in BurnGauge.

Availability

AI Coach is a Pro feature, with usage limits to keep responses fast. Find it under Progress → AI Coach.
