What is BurnGauge

BurnGauge is a strength-training app that turns your logged workouts into actionable intelligence. You build or follow a program, log your sets in real time, and BurnGauge surfaces what's working: which lifts are progressing, where your volume is unbalanced, and when your recovery says push or back off.
What you can do
- Log workouts set by set, with RIR, supersets, a plate builder, and a rest timer — see The workout logger.
