What is BurnGauge

The BurnGauge dashboard — your daily briefing, wins, and training intelligence at a glance

BurnGauge is a strength-training app that turns your logged workouts into actionable intelligence. You build or follow a program, log your sets in real time, and BurnGauge surfaces what's working: which lifts are progressing, where your volume is unbalanced, and when your recovery says push or back off.

What you can do

  • Log workouts set by set, with RIR, supersets, a plate builder, and a rest timer — see The workout logger.
  • Run programs — build your own or activate a template, then train from a weekly schedule. See Programs.
  • Track progress — volume, estimated 1‑rep max (e1RM), PRs, muscle balance, and pattern detection. See Progress & insights.
  • Get coached — preset AI Coach analyses of your week, deloads, and muscle balance. See AI Coach.
