The dashboard is your daily home base. It's organized into numbered sections:
§ 00 Preamble
A daily briefing — any announcements plus a quote of the day.
§ 02 Wins
Your rolling 7‑day highlights: latest PR, best lift, weekly volume, and your streak status.
§ 03 Alerts
Smart, rotating notifications — milestones you've hit, opportunities to push, and warnings (e.g. recovery running low). Dismiss any alert you've seen.
§ 04 Intelligence
A snapshot of your training analysis: lifts trending up, volume balance, and stalled exercises with a shortcut to swap suggestions. Tap through to the full Progress & insights.
§ 05 Stimulus
Per‑muscle weekly set counts vs. your minimum effective volume (MEV), and how many days each muscle has rested — so you can see what's recovered and ready.
