Progress — strength tab

The Progress area turns your logged sessions into trends. It's split into tabs:

Strength

Your best lift this week, e1RM trajectory (estimated 1‑rep max via the Epley formula, slope‑fit across weeks so you can tell progressing from flat from sliding), a personal records table, and cardio PRs.

Volume

Weekly training volume over time, and the muscle‑balance map — each muscle colored by where its weekly sets fall against MEV/MRV (below, on‑target, above). Tap a muscle for the detail.

Body

Bodyweight trend and wellness trends (sleep hours, stress, energy, mood) from your daily check‑ins. Recovery itself is wearable‑driven — see Connect a wearable.

Patterns

Correlations BurnGauge detects between your inputs and performance — and, with a wearable connected, how sleep/HRV/activity relate to your training. These also surface as proactive dashboard alerts.

AI Coach

Plain‑language analysis on demand — see AI Coach.
