Programs — build, activate, schedule

A program is your training blueprint — a weekly schedule of training days, each with its exercises and set/rep targets.
Use a template or build your own
Open Workouts → Programs. You can:
- Activate a template — pick a ready‑made program; BurnGauge clones it into your active program so you can tweak it without touching the original.
- Build from scratch — create a program, add training days, and add exercises to each day with target sets and reps.
Activating a program
Activating sets it as your active program. From then on, your dashboard and the workout logger know which day is next, and your sessions are matched to the right day of the week.
Editing
Edit a program's days and exercises any time. Ephemeral template clones that you never modify are cleaned up automatically when deactivated, so your library stays tidy.
Training from it
When you start a session, BurnGauge populates it from the scheduled day — your exercises and targets are pre‑filled, ready to log in the workout logger. Want to compare two programs side by side? Use Compare Programs (Pro).
