Getting Started
Log your first workout

You don't need a program to start — you can log a freestyle session right away.
Start a session
- Go to Workouts and start today's session (or open the logger from the dashboard).
- You'll land in the SES·SION screen — the real‑time workout logger.
Add exercises
- Tap Add Exercise.
- Search by name or filter by muscle group (Chest, Back, Shoulders, Arms, Legs).
- Pick a target sets × reps scheme, then add one or more exercises. The muscle‑coverage figure shows which muscles your selection hits.
Log your sets
For each set, enter your weight and reps (and RIR — reps in reserve — if you track effort). Tap the checkmark to log it; the set auto‑saves. Use the plate builder, rest timer, and supersets as needed — all covered in The workout logger.
Finish
When you're done, tap Finish. Your session feeds straight into Progress & insights — volume, e1RM, and PRs update immediately.
